Jackson Family Funeral Directors believe that openness and community connection are essential parts of our role. That’s why we’re inviting you to an informal, in-person Q&A drop-in session with Rachele Watson, our Funeral Director for Ledbury and Colwall, on Thursday 19th June from 9am–12pm.Whether you’re curious about the steps involved in planning a funeral, want to know more about direct cremation, or simply have questions you’ve never had the chance to ask—this is your opportunity.
The first session was held in May and proved a useful hour or two for many of the local community.
Ask me anything – no question too big or small
These sessions are relaxed, friendly and informative. Rachele will be on hand to chat about everything from costs and choices to eco-friendly funeral options and the bespoke services we offer. No pressure, no appointments—just a welcoming space to ask what you’ve always wanted to know.
We understand that planning a funeral can feel overwhelming. These Q&A drop-ins are designed to give you clarity and peace of mind, whether you’re pre-planning or supporting a loved one.
